Weis Markets is a grocery store with a great selection of everything grocery-related. It has all the same things as the big stores, including an amazing wine selection and good options for self-serve hot and cold food. The meat department receives specific praise. Many find the staff extremely helpful and polite, with some cashiers noted as very pleasant. The store is not considered messy or run down. It also features a point system for gas savings. However, some customers report issues. The self-serve kiosks are called deplorable, with staff seeming irritated to clear hangups. There are complaints of horrible customer service, with employees not smiling or greeting. Others feel the price of everything is skyrocketing while the quality of the fresh produce is plummeting, noting that competitors have better produce. The seafood selection is also not the biggest, though it covers the basics.
I am so pleased and overjoyed with the service that I receive from your employees at the checkout counter and your employees that take care of our carts. Impeccable work.Thank you.

Self-serve kiosks are deplorable. Staff is always irritated to "clear" the checkout kiosk hangups, especially Pam. Horrible customer service. No one smiles or greets, why do you work there and bring your misery along with you. Doesn't take much to say hi or have a good day or just smile a nod at you. Good grief

A great selection, especially the meat department. The cashier, Keon, was very pleasant but not overly so - a perfect middle ground I wish was more common.
