My bf and I came here yesterday to purchase a camera and all we have to say is the employees are SO kind, helpful and patience. We had talked to a male employee, we didn’t catch his name, who helped us out to check out but my gift card was having a problem but he stood there, waiting patiently while we contact customer service. Eventually he had to leave since his shift was over. Once we got our gift card together we asked for another male employee, Richard, for help. He was so polite helping us out. After everything that went wrong with my gift card, both of these employees did exceptionally well with providing us the best customer service. Even the male employee who helped us out in the beginning came back after his shift to make sure everything was okay. They both deserve recognition for their service as well as a raise. They’re both goats!!
