Horrible customer service. Girl had attitude the moment i walked up to counter… Pretty sure despite the return policy, she never lets people return/exchange things. Would never recommend this specific store.

I bought leggings and they had a huge hole in the thigh. The store won’t allow me to return them. I wasn’t able to try them on in store because their changing room was under construction. I thought I’d support a local small business but these people just want to get your dollar no matter how unsatisfied you are.

I took my son to multiple stores today to look for a shoe he wanted. Every store was inviting and professional. When arriving at DTLR, the mood was low and not inviting. Not one person said hello or asked if we needed help or even acknowledged us. Being the only customer in the store, it felt off. Another young couple came in, and immediately, they were greeted and told if they needed anything to ask. This is the second attempt of giving this store my business, but I will not make a third attempt.

I always liked this store. I feel like the clothes are official, but i bought a Jordan outfit, hoodie with the pants. I washed the hoodie one time and the seam started coming apart already. Try to take it back for an exchange and got denied so basically got burnt on that. I store that doesnt compensate is not good business to me or atleast have something to offer.

Had a great experience there was a young gentleman who told me it was his first job they didn't have the size of the one shoe that I wanted but they had another location hold it for me when I left I ended up leaving my keys in their store and as I'm walking back to go get them this young man was borderline running the come give me my keys completely unexpected actually made my day

They have awesome clothes but look things up before you buy them. The $40 shirt in the store is probably $15 on Amazon. Also the workers can be annoying asking if you need help five times even though you say you're just looking.
