I forget what the guy's name is but he has dark hair and he wears glasses... He is at the top of the line in customer service. I had to make him take a $20 tip... He really tries to make sure you're satisfied... 💯

Switch to new phone was quick and easy. Credit on old phone made new phone a lot less expensive! New phone is an upgrade too.
