Highly recommend using Todd in any home purchase! I had still owned a home else where I was in the process of selling and ran into issues with that and didn’t think I was going to be able to purchase the home I wanted but Todd made it happen. I will be using him in the future thank you so much!

Mark answered all my questions, even if they were ridiculous. Maintained constant communication the whole way through the pre-approval process, the application and the final stages. We were first time home buyers, it was a very stressful and nerve-wracking time, Mark made our experience easy and smooth. Mark even made an appearance at settlement which says alot and that he cares about his clients. Even after our sale, Mark has checked in on us and even wished me a Happy Birthday. Would recommend him and his team to anyone who is looking to buy a home. Best experience and communication I've experienced in a very long time.
