We were in the Jonestown Road Sleep Number store twice before purchasing our Sleep Number beds. The first time we worked with Will and the second time, we worked with Kenneth. Both were great! Patient, knowledgable, and not pushy. We're looking forward to receiving our new beds and would highly recommend this location.

Johnny G helped us pick out the perfect bed, he was not pushy and was very knowledgeable. I’m glad he went thru everything clearly with us, and made it easy! Delivery went swell, on time, without issues. We purchased the bed on Saturday and it was delivered Monday evening.

We had a great experience with Will in Harrisburg. Our last Sleep Number is 15 years old and we wanted to update it. Will was great with showing us beds that we would like. Couldn’t have been easier. I highly recommend a Sleep Number , helps my back & hips.

Positively LOVE my sleep number, 23 years later and we are upgrading our queen sleep number bed to a king. Frankly, if we weren't going bigger/different we would have kept our original sleep number. They are a little pricey but still loving the same bed 23 years later doesn't happen with cheap mattresses.

Can you sleep well in this mattress, is it comfortable? Yes.Is it worth it? Let me tell you my experience and you decide.I used to be a mattress salesperson, so this is not just idle prattle. I was in a couple of mattress stores before working with Sleep Number. I wanted to work with them, because I liked their products and they seemed to have good service.While working with them, I realized that not al that they said was exactly right. For starters, they kept talking about a 15 year warranty. While it's true they have that, 14 years of that warranty is prorated.There's a BIG difference between prorated and non-prorated warranty. Non-prorated means that your product will keep it's value for as long as the warranty lasts. If you have a 2K mattress, with a 10 year warranty, the mattress will still be worth 2K after a decade. Prorated means the product value goes down with time. You may start with a 2k mattress with a 15 year warranty, but in year 5, your mattress might already be worth less than 50%.The first year I had my Sleep Number mattress I had to call several times for different problems with the mattress. They had to change the chamber (the thing inside that inflates). They had to change the cover of the mattress. They had to put a metal rod at the end of the adjustable bed because the mattress kept slipping down. Finally it was working OK. Glad that the first year is not prorated.It hasn't been full 2 years, and the chamber is leaking air AGAIN. Something that they assure you over and over, that it hardly every happens. Plus the cover is torn where the magnets are supposed to go.I called to let them know. They are already charging me $600 for the items and installation. Bear in mind that this is for a SINGLE Twin XL mattress, of which the bed set has 2. With $600 you can find a regular good quality mattress that would work on an adjustable platform, like the one I have.I only sleep on this mattress. I don't do, let's say, "strenuous activities" on it (particularly at my age). I might be a little overweight, but many people are, and they assure you that shouldn't be a problem. It really shouldn't be. Any other mattress company has at least a 10 year non-prorated warranty, especially for products as expensive as these are. No company will charge 40% of a product value just two years after their mattress has failed, especially mattresses that have a price of 2k and above.Feel free to ask me any questions. My advice is to stay away from this company. There are plenty other products that will feel as good, but will cost less, and have much better warranty.

Dumpster Fire of an experience..... My wife and I decided to try sleep number since she likes a firm and I like a softer mattress. We both liked the idea of 1 bed that we can each set it to our own liking. We visited the Harrisburg store and talked with John who was great. I was a little disappointed that it would take 5 weeks to deliver but it is what it is. We tried the bed for 30 days and unfortunately we did not like it. We just couldn't get comfortable and woke up every morning with back pain. We contacted sleep number and scheduled the pickup which again I was very disappointed that it would take another 5 weeks to come and get it. I was even more upset with the $250 fee to come get it. Again, it is what it is and 5 weeks later they finally showed up to pick up our mattress. The 2 men backed into my driveway and took possession of my queen size mattress and placed it in their van. They then pulled out of my driveway, which is surrounded by woods, drove 30 feet around the edge of the woods and proceeded to throw 2 box springs out of their van onto my property along the road and drove off. Of course I called customer service immediately and spoke with Tiffani Delahoussaye who could not have cared less about what I was saying. She advised me it would take 12 days for them to be able to come back for the box springs, which of course I told her was completely unacceptable. (They did come back that evening to get the box springs) I then asked that she refund my pick up fee of $250. There is no reason I should have to pay $250 to have you pick up my mattress only to throw 2 box springs onto my property after they leave. She refused to refund me my money stating they charge everyone that fee. She then stated it would not be fair to the other people if they get charged the fee and I do not. (Yes I'm not kidding she actually said that) This is when I got really upset and asked her if her drivers make it a habit of throwing used box springs onto everyone's property when they leave because that would certainly be fair to everyone. To which she actually chuckled on the phone and said no of course not. In the end she still refused to refund my money and I got absolutely no where with her. I then called the Harrisburg store where I bought the mattress from and spoke with Dustin who was great to deal with. He was appalled by what I was telling him and asked me to text him the pictures you see here, which I did. He then stated he was going to email the regional manager and also include the vice president of the company in the email detailing these events. I don't know if this actually happened but I have not heard back from sleep number and still have not been refunded my money. I will never again do business with sleep number and will STRONGLY encourage anyone I hear even thinking about buying a mattress to stay as far away from this company as possible. Certainly seems like this company doesn't care about anything once they have your money.

Contract delivery service attempted to deliver my bed 2hrs earlier than my delivery window then rescheduled me for an entire month later! Sleep number staff to the district level could not fix it. I went with a competitor.

I had heard great reviews on the Sleep Number bed and had seen the commercials, but had to check it out for myself! Tom sold me on the P6 bed! It will change your life! So many great features and there’s an app for your phone to set the settings to be ready before you get ready for bed. If you are needing a change in your current bed situation this will be worth every dollar! Go check them out! Ask for Tom!
