I have been introduced to many new brands and have fallen in love with the style and fit. “I had an amazing experience with Rosie at Shoefly/Appalachian Running Company. I went in knowing I needed new sneakers, and took an insert I had just purchased from my podiatrist. I had been a devotee of one brand, but I told her I had an open mind. She had me stand on the Aetrex machine to identify pressure points and foot structure. She provided a good explanation of my issues and brought me several different brands to try. She took the time to let me try the shoes on with the insert I took, with an Aetrex insert, and without any insert. I had plenty of time to walk around the store to try these different options and at no time did I feel pressured to buy a specific shoe or a new insert. My comfort was Rosie’s only concern. We hit on the perfect combination of my insert with a different brand of sneaker. Such great service! Thank you, Rosie!”
“Had a great experience there was a young gentleman who told me it was his first job they didn't have the size of the one shoe that I wanted but they had another location hold it for me when I left I ended up leaving my keys in their store and as I'm walking back to go get them this young man was borderline running the come give me my keys completely unexpected actually made my day”
“Aside from the so-so service by the workers (-1), you get what you want to pay for. I had a gift card to use, so I used it. Got some nice New Balance kicks for walking. $95 is the going rate now for the classic 574 model. There was a lot to choose from and this time I just went with the old standard. Maybe next time I'll upgrade myself to some Adidas or Nike's.”

“As soon as I walked in the store, I was greeted with a smile and acknowledgement from a young lady. I was looking for cheerleading shoes for my daughter and she pointed me in the exact direction. We we're in the back for a while so she came and checked on us; we were fine, except my daughters size was unavailable. She was very considerate and asked if we would like her to check online and see if her size was available? Also on the way up to the register, someone left trash on the shelves and she made time to multitask by making sure the store was presentable all along while continuing to assist us. She was very patient and kind, and extremely customer service oriented. I am not sure of the correct spelling but I believe her name is shardae. I really appreciate how welcomed she made us feel from the beginning until the end. KUDOS TO YOU MISS LADY, I WILL DEFINITELY RETURN FOR YOUR EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE... “Jeff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The foot massager was great and I already notice less pain in my feet and knees. Expensive, but being able to wear shoes I loved but can no longer wear without my feet hurting, I think is well worth the cost. Also having a lifetime guarantee was another reason I thought it was worth the money.”
