Went to shoe dept yesterday very disappointed in the customer service your store has. Never once got asked if I could use help or am finding things okay. The employees sat in the break room the entire time and finally walked to the register about ten minutes later. When I checked out the employee never asked did you find everything okay. And she never told me the price they should always do that will definitely rethink before coming back here again.

As soon as I walked in the store, I was greeted with a smile and acknowledgement from a young lady. I was looking for cheerleading shoes for my daughter and she pointed me in the exact direction. We we're in the back for a while so she came and checked on us; we were fine, except my daughters size was unavailable. She was very considerate and asked if we would like her to check online and see if her size was available? Also on the way up to the register, someone left trash on the shelves and she made time to multitask by making sure the store was presentable all along while continuing to assist us. She was very patient and kind, and extremely customer service oriented. I am not sure of the correct spelling but I believe her name is shardae. I really appreciate how welcomed she made us feel from the beginning until the end. KUDOS TO YOU MISS LADY, I WILL DEFINITELY RETURN FOR YOUR EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE... Kindness goes a long way, ESPECIALLY in a place of business ❤️

I was in there around 2 pm and I was rung up and noticed the shoes were full price when I grabbed them from a labeled mark down section. The cashier asked me
To show her where it was and I showed her and she said it was marked wrong . I was like oh ok , she still honored it which I didn’t expect but I remained quiet the entire time other than mentioning the price . As she is ringing me up she tells her coworker that I’m a bi$ch and did not do it quietly . Very unprofessional I did
Not say anything g made sure to say thank you and left . It’s a shame
That this place
Employs people like this, I like
Shopping here because of the generous pricing and good quality but this experience really deters me from coming here again .

We were just in about an hour ago. My little brother forgot his buckle bag with his hat in it and ran back into the store (within 5 minutes or less of leaving the store) he didn’t see the bag where he left it so he asked the young workers and they said they haven’t seen or it didn’t have it. My mom then goes back in from the parking lot before leaving (again within 2 minutes of my brother coming out) to double check and both young girls were whispering to each other behind the desk she approached and asked about the bag the one whispered to the other about having it stashed in the cabinet. If she would not have gone back into confront them they would have stolen the bag. Shame.

Nice quiet place to go to get shoes except for big men shoes like size 14 and 15 everything else is just great this place have women and men clothing as well the prices are reasonable

The D.M of the store made a poor choice of telling the store manager to terminate an employee who worked hard on there days off and even sacrifice there time went out of their way for whoever that couldn’t make it. That shows that they don’t care who is good with customers because that young man was real good with customers he made everyone laugh and smile including the little ones but apparently the D.M didn’t really show no appreciation of the young man’s kindness and he was really respectful. He didn’t complain or anything he did what was supposed to do for sure. Unlike the other employees who would yell at each other for nothing now that’s pathetic both of them should’ve been gone but the D.M chose to terminate a real good kind hearted young man. He really liked the job and he was really professional about telling us customers about the rewords program as well like real professional should.

The selection and prices were great! My son has a wide foot and finding comfortable sneakers can be a challenge. However, the aisles to get to the shoes were littered with boxes along the aisles and I couldn't push my other son's stroller down it without getting caught on boxes. I love that you such a big inventory but it can't sit out on the floor. No one in a wheelchair could get down those aisles. Be more accessible to everyone.

This store is no longer one I will support, and I have been shopping there for decades. Not sure where they went wrong, but it's awful at this point. Like others have noted, the younger employees seem more concerned about customer service, than the more seasoned ones, and shouldn't good customer service be of utmost importance to the owners and upper management?? This store should be an embarrassment to Shoe Show, Inc., but no one seems to care. The DM is complacent, at best, but since the worst employees don't show their true colors around her, nothing is done to rectify the situation. Great, young workers are quitting, in droves, because Carla and Leslie treat them horribly once they realize they will not be taken advantage of by them. You can only "borrow" someone's commission, for so long, before they demand to be paid for the work they do, so it'll be par for the course...until Shoe Show, Inc. opens their eyes and rectifies the situation. How do two individuals, one who stands at the register during the majority of her shift, and the other, who is just an angry individual, make enough money to live, for years, off a shoe store salary??? I could explain it to you, but I think it should be pretty obvious from my review, and I'm not getting paid enough to spell things out for you, so... All I can say is that you have a number of great employees, but that won't last long, if you don't look into the real reason why those people are leaving the Shoe Dept. in Camp Hill.

There are 2 employees who don’t really work but complain about the other workers they’re both old enough to know better not to make rumors and false info about the people that they work with. Don’t really know there faces but I know there names Leslie and Carla and one of them harassed a couple of customers which is not nice and the other talks so much that she has a line in a few seconds which is not good at all. The other employees does a job good at handle the registers and helping customers just by making sure if they need any help with anything they might be young but they do help a lot and try to straighten the store at the capital city mall.
