Donation department is horrible. Bunch of scum bags stealing stuff before it even goes in. Then they tell you they don’t take certain items but they do when you pull up in a Lexus or Mercedes. Then they threaten you when you ask why they don’t take certain things. Tall guy with tats and Pittsburgh pirates hat on is an asset to your company. He’s a tool with how he talks ghetto to people. Won’t be long they will be gone.

We had a bad experience here. I can over look a thrift store being dirty but this one was gross! The items on the shelves were dirty and broken! While I can get over those things, I cannot get over how rude the clerk was at the counter! She made us bag our own items, which I am fine with if you ask me nicely but there was nothing nice about this lady. She often rolled her eyes and was just miserable! Even though I was bagging my own items, she was trying to tell me how to do it and when I didn't do it like she wanted, she rolled her eyes and sighed! Very unprofessional.

This store is an amazing place to find some great deals. I come regularly and always get so lost in all the items they have and the prices are nothing short of amazing and some days they have amazing sales. Love this gem of a place

Do not use Salvation Army, use Goodwill instead. We had provided a detailed list of items to donate and were told everything would be accepted. When the drivers showed up, their truck was over a half full. I mentioned that we had a large sectional and other items to donate and the drive said, "we'll see what is acceptable. When my back was turned the driver told the other loader, " we won't be moving any sectional". He then proceeded to nick pick everything we wanted to donate. A two year old, perfect condition headboard wasn't accepted because the mattress couldn't be donated. A nightstand table with a single scratch on the side couldn't be accepted, "because buyers only want furniture in perfect condition. when it came time to inspect the couch, he threw a tantrum on how we didn't have proper lighting to inspect the whole couch and he needed the curtains opened, all of the lights turned on and he needed a flashlight. After several minutes it was clear that he couldn't find anything wrong with the couch and in desperation he said that there was a stain on the cushion. I knew they weren't going to take the couch no matter how good of a condition it was in and I just wanted them out of my house. Because of their laziness, we were left scrambling to find someone to help us. In the end Goodwill came through.

These people do not have tactics to work with people, they are disrespectful, I had some vouchers for clothes and they made me feel terrible, the lady who charged me even told me that that is why she did not like to do that for the simple fact of that the clothes went beyond what the voucher did, when I very kindly told him that I was going to pay for the difference. look for people with a desire to work and who are not so undesirable, put young people with a desire to work and who are agile. I went to pay something else and another cashier told me I can't help you because I don't charge with a voucher and in a very ugly tone.

Bought “ NBA 2K 16”. Went home put the disc in my PS4 and apparently I got 2K 14 smh. Wasted $5 on that game
