Smt bank is a horrible bank I had over 40 thousand dollars in their bank and they didn't want to keep me as a customer of the tellers are very rude

Rod Silvas made the relationship. I wouldn't have scaled without this bank. I took a $130,000 purchase to $1.6 million and this opportunity was due to financing S&T provided. Thier financing was involved in my taking a portfolio of $750,000 to a holding of 4 million. Banking customer service is nothing to me. I want a banking relationship that allows me access to equity, and quick enough to close deals. This back is it.

Absolutely the worst bank to have to deal with. One headache after another. Incompetent people working and nobody knows anything. I’m so sorry we chose this bank for our mortgages.

I've had accounts at S&T for a few years now and it always seems like there's a problem when I go there -- a lack of staff, lack of friendliness from the staff, a long wait to conduct business. When I've brought my concerns to management's attention, they are acknowledged and there's an explanation offered but nothing seems to change. Today I went in to make a deposit and I was inside for more than 15 minutes for something I think should have taken about 3 minutes. Meanwhile, the teller who originally waited on me walked away and the other one took over to assist me. This isn't the type of service I expect to get from any business much less a bank that has intimate knowledge of my finances. My experiences at this bank have been disappointing and I wonder why I stay with this bank.

I went to S&T Bank in Camp Hill to cash a check and was greeted cordially by Cameron. I provided 2 forms of ID and awaited the money. Cameron returned shortly saying, “They could not validate the checks authenticity bcuz they called the company the check was drawn from and no one picked up. Sorry, I can’t cash your check. “ Cameron was ready to dismiss as a customer but I called the company who issued the check. Cameron got his superior. Here’s where it gets...prejudice. The Grey haired woman Cameron called used some very disturbing language. She treated me like a criminal and was very cold and unwilling to cooperate. I asked for the branch number so the person who wrote the check could call and confirm. Cameron’s superior refused to give me the BRANCH NUMBER or her name. I quote, “If the person who wrote this check is TRULY a member, he should know our number!“ she said Ill-mannerly and they refused to help me. I sat in the drive through until the company issuing the check called the branch and confirmed. There were know apologies, in fact Tiffany, the branch manager....she finally came, said I was in the wrong and refused to identify her colleague. She reluctant to identify herself. I pray to the crypto gods that they annihilate these antiquated, prejudice, incompetent establishment. Do not bank with them.

Recently, within the last several year, I have seen a tremendous increase in customer service. Excellent bank, competitive financing for residential and commercial real estate. Very responsive concerning any customer service issues.

I had an account with Integrity Bank which turned into S+T Bank for close to 10 years. Last month I got an email from UBER EATS "Get $30 of food delivered for free" and figured it was some type of reward for using Uber. So, I got $30 of food delivered. Long story short.... nothing was free, so I contacted Banker of S+T Bank in Camp Hill and after 25 minutes on the phone explaining what had happened the man insinuated that I was a liar as he explained "I don't understand how that could have happened" and he just suggested that I contact Uber Eats which is 100% impossible to do.Wow, thank you S+T for treating me with such respect after being with you for almost a decade! I will be sure to return the same respect that I was given!
