Been a customer for over 20 years. First time using Showroom services Spent an hour with showroom consultant asked for 3 bathroom remodel drawings with ideas for faucets etc. Employee sent me a text with a contractors name that's it..HRRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME NEVER AGAIN FAGERS...OVERPAID SMUG EMPLOYEES with zero personalities

Not helpful employees. Very smug. Full of attitude. I only had a 5-minute transaction but it was very unpleasant. I will never give this business my money or business again and I would recommend that nobody else does either.

I had the most incredible experience at RF Fager Company recently and I simply couldn't wait to share it with everyone. After visiting multiple stores without any luck in finding the part I needed, I decided to give RF Fager Company a call. Little did I know that this call would lead to an outstanding display of customer service and a happy ending to my search.When I spoke with Matthew over the phone, he exuded confidence and assured me that he would do his best to help me find the elusive part. His positive attitude and willingness to assist convinced me to visit the store in person. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Matthew, who promptly began searching for the part online. Despite no success, his determination didn't waver.Enter Chris, another kind-hearted employee who joined the mission to locate my part. We scoured the store together, searching high and low, but unfortunately, the part remained elusive. Just when I thought hope was fading, a stroke of luck arrived in the form of Mike, a true hero. Mike happened to glance up at the shelf and, miraculously, there it was—the very last part I needed, sitting right in front of us. I can't express how grateful and overjoyed I felt in that moment.The exceptional teamwork and dedication demonstrated by Matthew, Chris, and Mike was truly commendable. Their commitment to providing excellent customer service and going above and beyond to help me find the part was evident throughout the entire experience. They didn't give up, even when faced with challenges, and their efforts resulted in a successful outcome.I regretted that the manager was not available to personally express my gratitude to them. However, through this review, I hope that RF Fager Company recognizes the outstanding service provided by Matthew, Chris, and Mike. They are a shining example of what exceptional customer service looks like, and their dedication deserves to be acknowledged.Thank you, RF Fager Company, for employing such wonderful individuals who genuinely care about helping customers. I am incredibly grateful for the positive experience I had and I will definitely be recommending your store to friends and family.To Matthew, Chris, and Mike: You are rock stars! Annually, I purchase a UV light bulb for my well water cleaning equipment in our basement. The miserable young woman, who sits behind the desk in the parts department, in the back of the store, has the absolute worst attitude I have ever incountered at any business. She all but ridiculed my lack of terminology, for the light bulb, despite the fact I'm in the system, and all that was needed was looking up my name. A gentleman saved the situation before I snapped. Whomever is in charge there would be well advised to recommend etiquette lessons since customer service is not in this broads vocabulary... However, reading the other reviews, it looks like no one cares. Sincerely Renate Grim

I have shopped here for a few things I have needed on random side jobs over the years when the big box stores don't have things in stock. That changes starting today. I will not shop here again.My air conditioning broke down and the recommended fix was a capacitor. I purchased one installed it for all of 30 seconds and it did not fix my AC unit. They would not take the return of the capacitor I purchased.Also, their pricing and their showroom is extremely inflated. Fixtures and natural stone products are extremely expensive here.Unless you are in an absolute pinch and need something, I highly recommend not shopping here.

Don’t know who the lady is that directs your calls but she is consistently rude and should probably just go get another job somewhere else. There no need to have an attitude every time you answer the phone and if that the case then that jobs not for you.

My name is Shana. I am a wife and mother of two boys, juggling a job, a home, 2 soccer schedules, Cub Scout meetings, and life in general. I’m sure my life is similar to many of you reading this review. Let me tell you my RF Fager Co. story.On Tuesday, March 14, 2023 my mother and I went to RF Fager Co. store in Camp Hill, PA and spent two hours with Matthew Nye planning my bathroom remodel. After going through custom colors, vanities countertops, showers, toilets, faucets, I was told it would be about two weeks until I would get my estimate. That seemed a little long to me, but I am understanding so, OK, two weeks.Two weeks came and went, and I gave the benefit of the doubt that Matthew Nye was very busy and would be sure to get my estimate to me.After five weeks on Thursday, April 20, 2023 I called in to see if Matthew still worked there? He does and I spoke with him and he assured me I would have my estimate by the end of the day. Great!On Tuesday, April 25, 2023 I called back and left a message for the manager, John Stewart, to please get in touch with me. At this point I had been waiting six weeks for an ESTIMATE. I left my name, my number and the reason for my call and was assured he would be in touch.On Wednesday, May 3, 2023 my husband stepped in. He reached out via email to the owners, Bryce and Richard of RF Fager Co. explaining the disappointment of our situation and lack of response from their staff.Within 30 minutes the manager, John Stewart, called my husband apologizing profusely and assured us that we were priority customers and would have our estimate asap from another associate.Why did he get an immediate response and from an email?! I visited the store and called twice directly and got nothing. Is this a classic case of a woman getting disregarded in the construction industry? Was I not taken seriously during my initial two hour visit? Did they think I could not afford the project? All of these things keep rolling through my mind as to why I was not important enough to get an estimate?!We are in our ninth week waiting for basic pricing. Apparently, the RF Fager Co. is doing so well that they do not need our business.As I’ve shared my story with friends and acquaintances, I’ve come to realize that I am not alone. Other people have struggled with estimates, orders and follow through from RF Fager Co. I advise anyone looking for a good customer experience, efficiency or even any type of follow through with their project to Seek Service Elsewhere. RF Fager Co. doesn’t need your money. They won’t get back to you.

Just called today for a price on a well pump. The lady that answered my call didn’t have any patience and wasn’t able to give me a price on a pump, she got frustrated and hanged up the phone. Very unprofessional.
