OMG! We had the best experience. Crystal drew my son's blood and all seemed good. It was his first time getting blood drawn, he's 13. She had him stand up and asked if he was ok, he said, yup, but she knew. She KNEW! She had him sit back down and started fanning him. He didn't improve, and started to get nauseous. She got the trash can and had him put his head between his legs and breath. Sadly that didn't seem to help, but Ms Crystal was on the case. She had him put his head back and told me, its ok Mom, his hands are going to do weird things but he is ok. Right again, he passed out, OUT. Once he came to and was sturdy enough to move, they took him to a room with a bed. We stayed there another 45 minutes with Crystal and her coworker taking great care of us. I cannot express how wonderful Crystal was and how she made a bad experience as good as it could be. Thank you!

Was treated horribly for trying to get walk in lab work with a script, the woman behind the counter literally yelled in the rudest tone and expressed that she was the only one working and wouldn't be able to help me because she was too busy. There are 1000 ways to say this nicely. To be condescended to for no reason in unacceptable in a business. Poor experience during my one minute in the building before essentially being told to leave.

I went to the wrong quest and was 10 minutes late to my appointment. They were irritated but still took me right away and I am very thankful. The lady that drew my blood was kind and did a great job. Thanks for your kindness today!

I go for a biometric screening once a year for for my company's insurance incentive program. I took off work, I had a prescheduled appointment, but sat 40 mins in the waiting room. That was fine, I understand things happen. When called back, my nurse was friendly but joked she didn't even work there. That's fine, I have a sense of humor and we joked about other things. She measured height, weight, and took blood. Three weeks later, I still don't have my results. I submitted a results request form via the Quest portal. Strangely, a day after submitting the form, I received an email stating "We missed you....don't wait to reschedule your appointment"! If the two aren't connected, why would this communication be sent out three weeks after my appointment? There's a contact form to fill out for issues. I filled out the form and when hitting submit, it automatically logs you out? How can I trust this place?

Staff is extremely rude and insensitive. I overheard one talking poorly about me in the back bc I didn’t have an appointment to pick up supplies for a test. On a different occasion the tech couldn’t get blood from my one year old and had to have someone else do it. Then ended up putting in the wrong orders. Now he has to have it done again. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I had an appointment but still had to wait over an hour. After a week of no results I inquired and was told that they do not have my bloodwork results and I could schedule another appointment. So basically they took my blood and then lost it.

We get a discount on our health insurance if we have annual blood work done and for years I've been going to this location. The technicians who have drawn my blood are exceptionally good at drawing blood and, for the past couple years, have been friendly -- obviously some more than others. I always schedule and appointment and have never waited more than five minutes. Last time, a couple months, I walked in the door and two technicians greeted me and invited me back before I had a chance to sit down. I was done in less than 10 minutes from the time I opened the door until I walked out. I have no complaints and, in fact, once noted an email address on the wall to make compliments -- or complaints -- and sent in some positive feedback. I got a friendly response very soon after and appreciated that. I imagine it's not the easiest job to work with different people who all have different expectations of their visit based upon why they are there and also prior experiences with medical appointments, but everyone I've seen has been professional and competent. Good job

I have been going here for just short of 6 years after I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. For nearly 2 years I went weekly now I only go every 6 weeks. Valerie absolutely blows away her previous coworkers!!!!!!! I can't say enough good things about her! I usually schedule a 7:10 am appointment and even then she is already smiling. Quest should do a Undercover Boss Segment on her with her commitment to her job and Quest!

they took me immediately as a walk-in. my doctor didn’t send the paperwork over, so the tech Valerie helped me find the documents i needed (all 14) off of my app, was patient while i sat and downloaded & saved each and every one and helped meemail them to their office. majority of mytime there was spent doing this and she was so helpful and sweet the entire time - after we got everything situated i was out in less than 5 mins! my anxiety is super high as it is but Valerie really made my experience as calm and stress-free as possible. thank you so much!!

Maggie and Laura were wonderful. I can rarely go through with blood draw due to vasovagal syncope and they made it happen for me. Their kindness and patience with me is appreciated.

I've had a not so great experience in the past but chalked it up to an off day. Two out of two visits, however, shows the staff just doesn't care. I went to have blood taken from my 3 year old, he's terrified of needles so he started crying when we get in the room and he was clinging onto me, I apologized to the nurse (same one I had the bad experience with last time) and said it'll take me a second here (since she was doing nothing to help me calm him down) he was crying that he didn't want a needle and her only response is "we won't get there until we have the paperwork" so I get her everything she needed, she then tells me I'm going to have to hold him down because she won't (still ignoring him and doing nothing to calm him down) I said that's fine and I'm trying to get YouTube up on my phone to calm him down and she told me that won't work with him, and to stop trying that. They weren't giving me 1 minute to bring up YouTube and started to tie his arm off for the needle. I finally get YouTube up and it does distract him for part of it, the parts that it didn't distract him, I was trying to get his attention back onto it and, not surprising at this point, they just stood there and did nothing to try to make him feel better. I will definitely not be coming back a 3rd time. All of this happened within 5 minutes, so it's not like we were taking up time.

There is no option to talk with a live person to ask questions prior to getting to the facility. I truly wish zero stars was an option.
