This is the last time I let you people mutilate my veins. Your staff needs TRAINING, and more than 10 minutes per appointment. You left me with a 4" bruise down my arm because you either don't care or don't know what you're doing. This is not the first or second time with you. It's at least the last 3 or 4 visits here. I never had problems giving blood sample till certain staff started seeing me here. I will be trying a different location next time and if I get treated the same way there as well, I will be asking my union to demand that PEBTF find someone better to partner with. The state of this place is unacceptable and that's on management.

Only one staff on duty. She wasn't running late yet, I was seen within ten minutes of my appointment, but I bet she was an hour later ( with 7 scheduled in hour). Hand sanitizer in waiting area needed.

The visit went very well. The staff was friendly and competent. Blood was drawn, and that was done smoothly. I was kept at my ease through pleasant conversation.

I had to complete a test for pre-employment and as I understand it I won't be able to see the results. While I'm not concerned about the results I feel that I should be made aware. What if your company screwed up and my results are not what I was expecting? I am old enough to know that things don't always go smoothly and I don't put my faith in others.
