I have been a customer since the 70s and the Customer Service has been excellent while living in Harrisburg area and having since moved to Texas. Shopping is easy online and the shipping has been terrific. Carla and her staff are one of a kind!

I saw pair of shoes last year at Plum Bottom, but they were out of stock in my size. I saw that Plum Bottom had them in stock again and ordered them online. It was very easy to place an order and I received them in a few days.
