Laura was absolutely Amazing! She was extremely helpful, professional and took her time with me when making a very nice purchase for myself. She wasn’t pushy or overbearing like a lot of jewelry sales persons are and allowed me to take my time in selecting valuable pieces. If there were ten star ⭐️ ratings she would get a solid 10! I purchased an anklet and loved it so much that I decided to buy a bracelet as well. Despite spending $35, both items were of poor quality and broke quickly—the bracelet broke the next day and the anklet lasted only 4-5 months. It seems to be a major miss with their products not worth the money.

Went to Banter today with my husband to get permanent bracelets as an early birthday present. And Chrishelle was very pleasant and just overall very helpful. She took the time to make sure we got the bracelets we wanted and the charms. I would definitely recommend coming if you plan to get any jewelry or permanent

Terrible experience after an ear piercing that got infected/rejected itself after 3 days. I went back to the store where nothing was done and I am stuck with earrings with no use, and a year warranty paid for nothing, and after adding my review, a Laura Hindman who has a title at the store decided to search me on linkedin for some reason.

I wish that i could give 12 stars to Laura. We had been having issues with our permanent jewelry. We got matching 14k gold Valentino permanent bracelets. One kept falling off, and we had to make multiple trips back into the store to get it repaired. Finally, after getting frustrated with having to come back, I decided to call the store and explain what had been going on. That’s when i was able to get in touch with Laura. We came back in for the final time, and she went above and beyond to make sure the weld was strong. You could tell it was a tedious job, but she didn’t give up and got it done right. She was understanding and empathetic to the fact that these bracelets aren’t cheap, and neither is diesel to keep making the drive back and forth. It means the world when someone puts in just a little bit of extra time and effort to make things right for a customer. You can tell she cares about the work she does and her customers. I am so grateful she was able to take care of us. I will gladly return to this location in the future and i am beyond satisfied & thankful for her service.
