I’ve been to our OIP plenty of times dealing with a vehicle accident and bringing family members in for sports. The vehicle accident was unfortunately very different for myself, because I’ve never really been injured to that extent.I met a doctor along the way in Colton McClure. The other staff was great as well but Colton McClure was a part of the process and came in. I believe during the middle of the process, and sometimes switching doctors can be discouraging if you understand.I think that was my best visit, because Colton McClure was very to the point and had tons of advice and things he led me to that I could do outside of the facility which was really helpful. Having knowledge of different items that a person can purchase at home and going out of his way to tell me local stores in the area that have these items was very helpful. You know once you leave a doctors office you’re on your own and it really makes a difference when someone recommend you to trustworthy products.Special thanks to Colton McClure, but always thanks to OIP staff and management. Thank you.

I saw Kaitlin Dunn, DPT for my ankle sprain and I would highly recommend her. She took her time to look at my foot/review X-rays and asked me questions to get a fuller picture. She informed me about the injury and how my foot had likely healed and how it will continue to heal. She gave me a comprehensive pt routine which is linked to a website with videos and capability to contact her if I have questions. She went above and beyond and was very knowledgeable in explaining everything and answering my questions- she was also very positive and professional. She’s an excellent pt!

Staff was accommodating when I almost fainted from pain. They were prepared to mitigate it for my next visit! Awesome!

Nope. Stay away for urgent visits. I have been having incredible back pain so I took my chance being seen here. Big paper signs out front saying 2 hour wait time. Ok. 2 hours is nothing compared to what I've been going through. All the front desk and nurses were great. Had some x-rays taken. Then I saw the doctor. She did not even reference my x-rays and chastised me when I said I had hip pain when it is really my back. Ok. I'm not a doctor but I do have pain in my leg. Dr. touched my back and made me do the resistance tests and such and said they'd get 2 prescriptions to my pharmacy. No check out. No after visit sheet printed and given, only a print out of stretches.Went to my pharmacy. No record of prescriptions. Asked how OIP submitted them. Was not informed. Pharmacist said let me check the voicemail... Nope. Nothing called in.At this point it's now after hours at OIP. Did not get to speak to a human but left a voice mail of my issue. They open at 7am, by 8:30, haven't received a call. I call them.Spent 16 min on the phone first speaking to someone who thought I was trying to schedule PT visits, after I explained my issue. She apologized and transfered me to a general line where I finally got to listen to a 2 minute long recording before leaving yet another message for the person who triages for the doctor I saw.So still I am in incredible pain with no relief in sight. I've cried out of frustration 3x since my visit, so at least that is diverting my attention off of my back pain. Why did I not receive an after visit summary? But you better believe that they collected the money that I owed them from 2016. Something that they already wrote off to bad debt to receive my bad care. I remember leaving the office in 2016 and saying *never again*. This time I won't forget and I'll go to a different facility for sure.I will update this IF they call me back and don't just avoid and call in the prescriptions.Update. I did get a call back before 2pm today. Apparently there was a glitch with submitting the prescriptions. Woman I spoke to confirmed which pharmacy to send it into again... rite aid at... 1137 Market St. Spent 2 hours hanging up and calling rite aid back until finally someone picked up the phone and confirmed my prescriptions are ready.... at the rite aid on 32nd. What a joke.FURTHER UPDATE.I work until 5, like the majority. I go to rite aid at 32nd, drive thru closed, go inside, pharmacy closed at 5pm. Another day in pain. Unable to sit on the toilet, get dressed, bend over or SLEEP.Do they let you transfer a prescription from store to store because 1137 market st is open and that's where I wanted it called in to. Spend 30 min calling 1137 market rite aid.LET'S DO THIS.Got in touch with 1137 rite aid. No pharmacist, closed at 7:15, can't fill rx. But other open rite aids can. Go down the list. 4965 carlisle pike Rite aid is open, answers the phone within 3 rings and makes sure i was signed up for text alert. Open til 10. May my pain finally be managed? Cry count is up to 6 now.Picked up my medicine from 4965 pike Rite aid. Lovely experience. I could have been thru 1 entire day of this medicine but no, I have to wait until tomorrow because no one at oip heard me say 1137 market. I almost feel like they did this on purpose.

I was referred to OIP Physical therapy in July 2021 by my doctor for issues with lower back pain. My problem started in 1990 in the Army with an injury to my lower back. I've had problems ever since. I tried PT a few years ago at a clinic in Michigan, but it didn't do much for me; it was disorganized and I got the feeling they really didn't know what they were doing. My back problems have gotten significantly worse over the last couple years.I was assigned to Dr. Juliana Shuty and her team at OIP and I couldn't be happier with the results. All of the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful, and the physical therapists are as well. The initial assessment was thorough and I left that first day with cautious confidence that this was going to help me. I was hoping this experience was going to be better than my experience in MI years ago and I am not at all disappointed!I graduated today, many sessions later, and I feel so much better. I'm stronger overall and my back pain is significantly less due to the exercise program I am on (the remaining part of my problem is arthritis which can't be fixed).Dr. Shuty also gave me an exercise plan to use going forward so I can prevent injury in the future.I am so thankful to the whole team there; they really know their stuff. If you are in need of PT, I highly recommend OIP PT.

Urgent care visit was basically meaningless…. Did get to schedule an appointment with a real doctor though, so we’ll see how that goes

I have tennis elbow and the hands team has helped me tremendously. I no longer have daily pain and mobility issues. Kayla, Jean and Ben are an amazing team and I could not be more thankful.

I had a knee revision on June 12th by Dr. Kim. I did my PT at OIP WEST. The Physical Therapist did an excellent job giving me a regiment of strength exercises and also flexibility. In the future if I had to have more Physical Therapy I would definitely go back to OIP WEST and highly recommend everyone else to also use OIP WEST.

I broke my ankle on a weekend. My doctor told me to just walk in at the Camp Hill office of OIP. I was in pain and very annoyed, so having such a happy and kind staff began the healing of my emotions as well as of my ankle. The next morning my surgery was done at Harrisburg Hospital and the following day I was home. A few days later my splint got soaked by accident and all I had to do was walk in to the Union Deposit clinic while I was in that area and my splint was changed.Response times by phone are quick. Their patient portal took some effort to set up, but seems easy to use.

The PT's and staff are great, but this review is for the OIP in Newport, PA. The Newport office has 3 wheelchairs, but no footrests. How can you do that? My wife can't walk, footrests are critical. When we left a lady was in a wheelchair and looked very uncomfortable, she definitely needed footrests. You might as well throw the wheelchairs away.
