Andrew is very knowledgable about the product lines carried at Mattress Warehouse.
He took the time to show us several mattresses, even after we expressed interest in the second one we tried. We walked out of the store smiling.

I like my new bed. However, I was disappointed with the delivery. I had to downgrade on the frame-Oops not in the warehouse. And I was promised a pillow, sheets, and mattress protector. Again, not in stock. So I had to rush out and purchase the items. I expected more.

Worst experience of my life. Spent a lot of money, was promised an easy return, and they treated me like a criminal when I tried to exchange the mattress. Do not go here.

Andrew T. was fantastic. He made a very overwhelming amount of options easy to understand. He is also fantastic with children, we were shopping for our 5 year old and he made it so fun. Just stopped in here today and everything went perfectly. Sam and Andrew were both very helpful and patient people.
