I've been with Link Bank for over a year now and more problems than other banks I have dealt with. First, There website needs to be more consumer friendly. There is no option to download or view statements for a HELOC, only checking account. 2nd, I made a double payment one month because the second payment processed before the statement date. I called to explain the situation and they were kind enough to refund the service fee, though I can't find the credit anywhere on my statement. The lady they sent me to for the HELOC is not very knowledgeable at all when it comes to HELOC and says she has to talk with someone to get the account fixed. It is very difficult to understand the statement when it comes to interest and payments and principle amounts. I've been working on getting this resolved for a week now. Poor customer service as far as I am concerned. Also, even though I was told this would not go on my credit report, it shows me as being 30 days late with a payment and knocked my credit score down 100 points. I am very disappointed and frustrated.

Bank hours bad and seems every other month doing some kind of updated ! Went atm said transaction can’t be processed then went directly to bank we’re supposed to be open till 12 shades pulled down on drive thru at 11:30 doors locked but their were 3 vehicles in parking lot ! Time to Switch ! !

Only had an account for a short time unfortunately. But my experience with these folks was very good. Always went above and beyond to help. Anyone I ever had contact with was nice and easy to deal with. If I'm ever able to open an account with them again I will certainly do so. If you're looking for a bank definitely check them out.
