Unprofessional. Rude. Discourteous.I could not remember what test I needed done, and the tech took an incredibly condescending and rude tone with me. She then proceeded to take 4 vials of blood, all 1/4 the way full and jiggled/jerked each one around. Blowing my vein. Someone should inform whatever employee was drawing on Monday October 16th at 1 pm that medical procedures can stir traumatic memories for people and that memory loss is a common symptom of that. Awful experience. Get some compassion.

This isn't necessarily for this location, but Labcorp services in general. Went to Urgent Care and they sent samples away to Labcorp. Two days later I received "results" that the sample was not run because the it was not refrigerated properly. Urgent Care informed me that Labcorp mishandled the sample. A few days later I received other results (not sure how if the samples weren't refrigerated). I tried to get an answer from Labcorp regarding what happened and why I was still being billed for what appears to be the full amount (even though some tests weren't run) and no one has answers and I just kept getting transferred to different departments.

Maybe it was different when I went, but there was only 1 person on staff and the waiting room was full with a long wait time. She was great, but having only 1 person to do front desk and all the technician work is a bit ridiculous.

Came here for a DNA test (swab), was super anxious and told the technician, Naquisha. Sorry if I've spelt her name wrong. She was amazing & sweet had me laughing in no time. Give this woman a raise because she deserves it.

I went to get an employee drug screen and the phlebotomist (Nakesha) was nice and helpful, which I greatly appreciated! I have been to other Labcorps where the service was very slow and the staff was not very courteous. Overall, this is the best Labcorp I have been to.

This is the best place I've ever had labs drawn! The ladies here are so slick, they made the entire experience as pain free as possible. The check-in process is easy and the techs I've had are wonderful people who totally rock at their jobs! Very impressed with the care here.

The place is full of trash and leaf from outside and the tech at the reception very rude way to show you were you have to check in once you walk in, the company sent already my información and have the work order on email you shouldn’t be waiting for 2 or 3 hrs special you don’t see nobody coming out of testing it’s ridiculous

We had to have a blood draw on our failure to thrive 13-month-old and the two ladies running the facility were amazingly kind to me, my daughter and my 3-year-old that had to come to the appointment. They had stickers, an iPad with shows for my toddler, tissues for me (emotional to have blood drawn on such a small baby), etc. I appreciate their kindness and their professionalism. Highly recommend!

This place was run by 1 single gal. She did an excellent job of checking patients in and then quickly taking them back. I was so impressed by her kindness and excellence she displayed. Wonderful service!
