Extremely kind and friendly staff. Check-in process was incredibly simple and quick.

Maybe it was different when I went, but there was only 1 person on staff and the waiting room was full with a long wait time. She was great, but having only 1 person to do front desk and all the technician work is a bit ridiculous.
