Horrible manger sales lady was kind, early today stopped in today at the camp hill location to check out engagement rings and got a decent price, the first time, I went to walk around the mall then decided to come back to look at the ring to make sure I’d have enough, got a whole entirely different price 8k more then originally quoted, this place is a scam and they don’t have real authentic diamonds at all and no warranties

I will never buy from here, horrible management, came up to us with a horrible attitude and with all the other reviews and I know the company is reading them, why not fire her? She’s terrible, gave dirty looks when we asked for a cheaper ring because I couldn’t afford the $8,600 ring they were trying to sell us, even went to another store and found a nearly identical ring but slightly different for $2,200. Every time is girlfriend found a ring she liked in our budget, they’d try to move us to another set that was way more expensive than what we liked, They’re a total scam, even the other jewelers had nothing good to say about them, even talked to another couple in another store who shared the same negative crowd on the store, I’ll never buy from there until that horrible lady manager is fired, or no longer works at that store, other jewelry stores can have my hard earned money instead.

I purchased a watch from here and asked to have the band sized. They said they don't do that and they would have to send it out. When I said I was uncomfortable about purchasing from them, they said they would do it. I waited for a bit then left to shop for a bit. When I came back the sales associate said she would finish it in a few minutes. Then the manager walks back in and said she had to take it down to a kiosk in the mall to have someone else adjust the band since they don't have the tools. I would recommend purchasing elsewhere if you want a confident sales experience.

I’m a former employee of Joseph Jacob Jewelers, who unfortunately had to move on. However, the women, particularly the store management who work there will go above and beyond for their customer’s. Genie leads a team of strong and intelligent women, who want to get customer’s exactly what they want at a price that meets their budget. During my time, working under Genie I learned so much from her and saw her commitment to the customer. Shopping at JJJ in Camp Hill is the best way to get exactly what you need at a price that won’t break the bank.

We will see. I bought a piece just today. I'm gonna give them a fair chance because I understand how reviews go, if you don't get the price you want you just bash them. My piece looks beautiful let's see how it lasts and holds up... The staff was pike any other sales person so I'm not reviewing on their customer service...

Wonderful experience!! After having a little luck at some of the other jewelry places that we looked at, we decided to give this place a go! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by many friendly faces!! After explaining what engagement ring I was looking for, not only were they able to give me exactly what I wanted they were able to do it an amazing price!! The staff is hospitable and kind!! I will be coming back here for all of my jewelry needs! I cannot wait to see my engagement ring when it comes in! The manager is extremely kind, knowledgeable, and well-versed in dealing with customers! All of the sales women that we met were very kind and understanding! They were willing to bend over backwards for our needs! If I could give 10 stars, I would! Wonderful place, wonderful people, wonderful quality!

Joseph Jeweler's is hands-down the easiest recommendation for me. Their staff is exceptionally understanding and open-minded, especially when working on a budget and a time constraint. Becky was my salesperson, and she helped me find the perfect bracelet.5/5 is not enough! Thank you guys!

Response to Owner: Camp Hill location. I purchased several pieces of jewelry, including a customized piece. There were several instances which I found to be problematic, but the biggest was the continuous issues with the custom piece. Due to the poor customer service, and poor quality of the workmanship, I would never purchase a piece of jewelry from your establishment ever again.

Big lady manager is very rude, sales girls were great though.Edit: In response to the owners response, I don't believe you would have a record of someone who didn't purchase anything at your poorly run store. Gini's attitude chased me away.
