I traveled to Camp Hill today for work and my tire was leaking air. Had to make a 2 hour trip home and stopped at the jack williams in Camp hill. Jeff and Josh were amazing. So very kind to help me and to add air to my tire and patch the hole. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it and sent me on my way with a smile! Their service was exceptional and I give them 5 stars plus!

Put the tires on our car incorrectly, damaging the tires. They then tried to deny doing anything wrong, and because the tires were not totally shredded, would not replace them.Find another tire company, there are lots of them who will do a better job.

I am at the Jack Williams location in Camp Hill right now as I need a new fuel pump. I noticed they had the tires off my car because they wanted to look at my shocks. I said to Buddy, the technician, "since you have the tires off on my car, you may as rotate the tires". Buddy already rotated the tires without me having to ask. Now, that's what I call service!Cara the counter is super friendly and personable. Loretta R.Mechanicsburg, PA

We had a leak in our tire and we are about to go on vacation. It was a slow leak and we just wanted to get the tire inspected so we knew it was safe. I had an appointment so I expected it to be taken back in a timely manner. I did not get notified when it was back or when finished. After an hour, I figured for them to look at a tire and let me know if I needed to do anything... was enough time.So I checked in. It was done. And no charge. I didn't like that nobody checked in with me. I did like that they checked it and it didn't require a lot of attention and the tire repair was free. I can't give more in-site on if they are a good deal or dependable. But I can say that they repaired my tire and it was at no charge. That was pretty nice.

6.5 hours to have four tires replaced. And I had an appointment, so I wasn't just a walk-in. Absolutely ridiculous. Very poor service.
