I used hr block a couple years ago and wasn't happy with the price or level of experience from the tax prepper. I did my own taxes for the past couple of years and with the covid relief programs i figured i would take them to be done this year. Again the prepper i had did not have much experience, could not answer my questions and had to repeatedly ask other preppers for aid. one of the other preppers that came to aid was very unprofessional. when i ask him how to go about a missing amount of money from the covid relief aid we got into a verbal argument about how i was wrong, the paperwork shows i was paid the full amount and if i had a problem i had to take it up with the irs. If i hadnt sat there for the past hour and half i would have just canceled the filing and left

Excellent service. Cost is everything these day. My representative was terrific. His name is Bill parish. He would be one reason for me to return. However if the overall cost could be a fixed amount around $250-$350 I feel more people would not hesitate to utilize HR block all the time.
