Poor quality and bad customer service. Everything is non refundable and the diamonds fall out of the jewelry. I bought a ring and got it resized and it looked like my child did it and is still too big. I spent a good amount of money with them over the years but will not be returning. Unfortunately. Good luck here.

This place is janky as hell. They lied to my face telling me that the bracelet I spent $200+ on for my infant niece could be brought back and resized when she was bigger. I went today to get it resized with the receipt, original box, etc. and they told me they didn’t have the link anymore. They said they could use a different link so it would be 2 completely different links on my nieces bracelet for 50$. Then they offered me a completely new bracelet & wanted me to pay $100+ on it. DONT shop here they’re janky and cheap! All they want is your money. I’ll never return here.

They said they could fix my chain that broke in 3 months the lady there said 20 dollars just for the little jump ring! She said ok we will call you tomorrow to pick it up but so far it has been 3 days.

Fake jewelry foes not last a month. It wears off and they lie. The pendant I bought broke in 2 months time.

First and foremost, peace and Blessings....the women at "Gold n'Diamonds " was very helpful and very nice. However, the jeweler was not Honest or truthful about the level of fake gold-plating. i was told that the chain i paid for was silver over REAL GOLD! ....BUT IT WAS FAKE GOLD PLATED AND FADED AFTER WEARING IT ONCE....NOT COOL!the devil is a lier...BE HONEST!!!
