Tonight is the second time this summer I got home and was missing items I was charged for!! It happened a couple of other times over the years as well. Once again I have to take time tomorrow to go get this resolved. Not what I wanted to do on my wedding anniversary.

The staff at the self checkout was outstanding! Great experience, wonderful. Respectful, helpful and Giant should be proud to have such engaging associates. I was there at 8pm. The store was immaculate and well organized.

It's a super market. Produce always looks good. I don't particularly care for the deli or meats here but if you aren't too picky, you'll be fine. Looks of selection for everything else. And the best part; they sell beer!

Stopped by to get a gift for a very special person. Used Scan It to breeze through the checkout process. For the convenience of this experience compared to other store's options I will definitely shop more at Giant when it is the most convenient option.

Other than they're rearranging aisles and cleaning supplies are not fully stocked, I was able to find almost everything I came for.

David Lynch we shop at Giant weekly, today was terrible, arrived 10:45am went through shopped , got a scanner, had to stand in a line where social distancing was not followed so we could get to a checkout where we were finally separated... What a joke, stand in a line through 3 aisles and serpantining through the aisles where people were standing on top of each other to get to stations where social distancing was finally happening .... I had a scanner and completed the scanning of my items, I was put in the line to be diverted to the checkout when I should have been put in the self checkout from the beginning... They allowed people to self checkout without scanners which totally screwed up the line performance ... finally left the store after the fiasco at 1:30... Really will start shopping at Karns and Weis after this mess

You have made a mess of you stores amid fear mongering. If someone is sick, the maizes you have created through your store would certainly make things significantly worse than if you treated you customers like human beings and not cattle. To make someone walk through an entire store and be talked to by some 18 year old like you a child, doesn't help stop the spread of a virus. Your administration is a joke.

Whoever thought changing the entry to one spot is a moron. Absolutely unnecessary. Making my 90 yr old grandmother walk to the other end to enter is ridiculous.

Giant Direct/Peapod has been a great option however after our last experience, I have been shopping around to other stores. They told me that 30% of my order was not available. Literally the same exact day as my order was packed, my husband had to go to find replacements and the exact items I ordered were IN STOCK ON THE SHELVES!! It was maybe 3 hours after they told me the items were out! What the heck Giant?
