I want to go today 11/18/23 to change a game that I only bought yesterday 11/17/23 for the wrong console. I hope you can solve my mistake by changing it to the right one.

Called this store to check if they had something in stock and the employee was super nice and helpful over the phone. When I arrived to buy the items, she was helpful and friendly. Overall, a positive experience and would come here again!
