“I’ve been coming to Dr. Meuller for over a decade and he is the absolute best. He cares about his patients and the staff go above and beyond. I’m very thankful for having him as my Dr.December 2, 2023. Again I want commend Dr Meuller and his staff especially Shenga who gets things done she knows how to handle insurance companies. My son is very sick and a non-patient, but she listened and assisted me by getting me transferred to a 10 star gal Destiny at the Holy Spirit Covid Line who clearly has incredible customer service skills. My son was scheduled for a 9:30 am appointment at the Covid tent and saw a Doctor. As I suspected Strep Throat! Covid test done because of everyone s paranoid about it. You can’t just be sick these days. These ladies clearly care about people and health !!! 10 Stars to them !! Keep in mind I made lots of calls yesterday and no one would see my son without a Covid test first. Grateful to Debbie and Destiny”

“I can’t say enough good about this practice, and especially Dr. Vyas. I was a patient here quite a few years ago and ended up switching to a practice closer to my house. I recently returned to this practice and saw Dr. Vyas for the first time. He was excellent, listened to my concerns, and came up with a plan. Since my first visit with him, we communicated many times through the portal in the weeks following that appointment. He ordered some lab work and contacted me within a couple hours of the results coming back, with the results. He was prompt in getting me a referral to see a specialist. The nurse I saw was also wonderful, as well as the office staff. Looking forward to continue seeing Dr. Vyas. He has done so much more for me in just one appointment, than my current PCP had done for me in four years.”

“My family, now down to just me locally, has seen Dr. Cohick for at least thirty years. My in-laws, husband and daughter all worked with him. I have tremendous respect for him and really appreciate his kindness. While it can be very difficult to get an appointment, they find a way when it is needed. There are some issues: I am not fond of the central call center, but it is much less of a gatekeeper than it used to be and much more of a facilitator. At times, some minor questions or requests have gotten lost in the shuffle but nothing beyond the norm for a busy office. I also really like Dr. Quirk who I have seen on occasion over the years. I don't often see the CRNPs but when I've done so, they've generally been great with one exception that was at least five years ago and involved a single visit. I didn't even mention it to them because it was fairly minor but memorable. The negative reviews here do not reflect the professionalism and caring and friendliness of this office!”

“I had an appointment here after not having insurance for over a year. I was so impressed with how quickly I was seen, how efficient the receptionist and nurse were. My doctor was understanding and caring, and I really appreciate that. There was a real mix up with some prescription refills between the clinic and the pharmacy, but there definitely is not a lack of communication because any time you call, they are right there for you. The doctor was willing to meet all of my needs and referred me to the specialists for someone over 55 and a diabetic. I love this clinic.”

“I love the positive environment and atmosphere here. While there is usually a wait—up to 15 minutes just to check in, 30 minutes to get called back, and another 30 minutes to be seen—this is understandable given the current challenges medical facilities face. My visit today started at 8:15 AM and ended at 9:40 AM.
I was pleased to see they are training two new front desk associates, which should hopefully improve wait times. The younger front desk staff were excellent, though there were issues with a young blonde with glasses who was rude to an older man, and an older staff member who was inattentive and distracted. Even the kind young lady who checked me in noticed this.
Despite these concerns, I’m excited about the new staff. The trainees seemed eager and personable. I also appreciate Nicole Cook for her understanding and willingness to work with patients.”
