My husband, Stephen and I are so happy we chose Falcon Mortgage. Rick and Kathy Storbeck were so helpful in navigating us through the process of purchasing a home and acquiring the right mortgage rate. The Storbecks were always available to answer any questions we had even on Weekends. They actually were fun to deal with as they knew their craft so well and were very pleasant. We really felt we were getting the right guidance from them. We trusted them. We definitely would recommend them.

In today’s competitive real estate market, you need people that know what they’re doing! Not only do Rick and Kathy fit the bill, they are responsive and patient. Buying a home and securing a mortgage can be a daunting task. Rick and Kathy went above and beyond to educate us and help my son get a first time home buyer credit. Rick and Kathy were amazing. Due to issues with the seller and appraiser, I was nervous we wouldn't be able to settle on time. These guys were on top of the process every step of the way. Complete transparency. Consummate professionals. I can't imagine there being a better mortgage company to work with. It came down to the wire. We needed to reschedule settlement for later in the day due to appraiser issues but they got it done.

My wife and I have trusted Rick and Kathy twice now to guide us through the home buying process. As young first time buyers we had no idea what we were doing, or what we were in for. Rick and Kathy took the time to explain everything and went above and beyond to secure us a loan for our first house a few months before our first child was born. The second time around there was no question to who we would go to. We had a little more experience, money, and time and were truly able to appreciate the unbelievable customer service Rick and Kathy offer. We sat back and watched them do their magic, up until closing the most we had to do (other then house hunting) was review and sign the documents they sent to our emails. It doesn’t get any easier than that!

My situation was quite unique. I was in need of refinancing my house in order to fulfill obligations for a divorce. Rick and Kathy made things so easy. Despite some unforeseen financial issues Rick gave me advice which I followed through on them he kept his promise and got in touch with me a few months later to handle my refinancing. I was never more relaxed than with this company. They handled everything talked in simple to understand language and always made sure I understood what was needed. They became like family to me being able to talk and joke around but always getting the job done. Lastly, although refinancing was most important, I was able to accomplish the one thing that has helped me the most... I was able to adopt my Pitt bull/French Bulldog who has been my emotional support through some tough times. I cannot thank them enough or speak highly enough of this company.
