I have been going to creative looks for years! They are so kind and take time to make your hair how you want. I have been going to Deb and she is amazing she takes time to make my hair look amazing. She also remembers a lot of detail about my life so we have great conversations. I wouldn't go anywhere else the customer service is 10/10.

Very rude business owner.I parked in the lot next to the church to go inside the business next door. As i got out of my car the business owner of "creative looks" came outside and told me I could not park in the lot, so I asked where the business next doors parking was and she rudely stated she didn't know and that I had to move. Understanding this, I said that I would move but wanted to go into the business next door quick to find where the business next doors parking was so i could move to the proper location. When i asked "creative looks" business owner if this was ok the business owner said no, leaving me hanging with no where to go. There were plenty of spaces open that were in the front of the store for their customers since I parked towards the back of the lot. Very unprofessional and rude business owner. I would hate to see how there customer service is.
