I have used Capital City Car wash for many years and always had great service. I recently had an issue with a recurring membership bill that I did not sign up for. Rob, the owner, was super helpful and respectful in fixing this error and refunding my money right away. Really appreciated the positive customer service and I'm happy to continue supporting this local business in our area.

excellent wash as a member of the unlimited wash club. the staff is very helpful as well as cheerful making it a great experience getting a super cleaned car inside and out.

Came here to wash my car and your employees are so nice and your employee Henry Thompson was super nice and helpful. Full service spot, very thorough, they had my little 2007 Mazda looking like new. Thank you so much, I will be coming back for my future car washing needs????

Have had my suv for a few years now and do a lot of yard work at the beginning and end of the season mulching and replacing plants and stuff so it gets pretty messy. Never got it cleaned or detailed before. Looks just like when I bought it and smells really good better than when I got it. Will definitely come back again at the end of the season next year for another cleaning.

I go through quite a few washes in the area - the main tunnel here consistently produces the best results around - even the bug residue on the windshield gets taken off. My monthly membership here has more than paid for itself!

$42 for a mediocre car wash is insane. I had to come home and wipe the whole car down because they barely touched it. The 2 star is because the car mats were cleaned and the exterior wash was decent. Other than that it is barely a 1 star. For that price they really need to step up their game with the interior vacuuming/cleaning part.

The only carwash that seems to get my car clean. I go to those new washes that are popping up all over the place and there is always some dirt remaining. Capital city car wash is always my first choice.

I have membership and they always do a great job. I do pay extra for the interior usually once a month. Over Memorial our family went hiking at Pa Grand Canyon the 3 yo and 6yo stuffed straw everywhere and the snacks were everywhere. Once the car was unloaded and I saw what a mess they left. I went to have the car cleaned inside and out. They did not complain and did a great job, one of the guys suggested I get a truck to hall the kids and we both laughed. Great job guys, Thank You
