I had a bad experience the first time I came here with the one employee’s attitude but I had an amazing interaction with an employee the next time I came in. Good prices and variety, especially for old school games.

Place was clean. Dude that helped me was great! Had two things I was looking for. One I had completely gave up hope of finding. An old xbox game. Trade value was good for what I had.

Stopped in last week while just killing some time, so glad I did. Recently my son started to enjoy playing Atari games on an emulator. Upon entering this store I saw they had an Atari 2600 with everything you need to play it. The staff was super helpful and helped me find some more games and accessories for it. Thanks to them my son is really going to be surprised on Christmas morning! Cannot thank them enough!

Unfortunately, this shop has really gone downhill since the move. The owner is still super nice and helpful, but his knowledge of older games is dated. Selection, while I know is mostly trade-in based, is rather lacking, and the store always looks super cluttered. Im sad to see this going down the tubes.

We normally have a good experience here. Last week I called about having a ps4 looked at and possibly fixed. The person at the store on the phone said "No problem, our fix it person will be here Monday so bring it in then, and it will be $25 just to look at it. I wait till Monday rolls around and I show up expecting help but am told they can't do that there! They did however refer me to Ubreakifix. My issue could've been solved already if the employee hadn't lied. Very disappointing.
