From Buddy's 1st puppy appointment, he continues to be treated with kindness. They take the time to learn about all. When Buddy is grumpy, he is understood and soothed. I have called, expressing he is not himself. I am carefully listened to. When concerns arise, options are explained, without judgment, allowing YOU to take the time to make an informed decision. Nothing is pushed on you, just respect, and understanding. It is understood you will call back numerous times to ask more questions.

Called to ask if they were taking new patients. Person on the phone was snotty and downright rude. If that's how they treat customers I can only imagine the service they provide animals.

Dr Crawford and his staff are the best. They are always friendly from the time I arrive until I check out. I love his personality and treating my pets as if they were his own.

Was a friendly staff before but very recently my cat was hissing and growling and the vet was so rough with her I was so upset as I would have preferred to reschedule her appointment as it just much worst and would not recommend this as now our cat super clingy and stressed out I understand she wanted it to be over but the way she handled it was not the way my husband said they pinned her to the table and she pee 4 times I am truly upset about this

Your dog is very sick and they don’t care. They make you go to urgent care and spend $2000. Then you finally get in and they kind of blow everything off. Then your dog is really failing and you call, they put you hold long enough so when it starts ringing again you get they are closed. Will never take another dog there. I could deal with the vets but the front office staff is totally uncaring.
