The two men who assisted me with my tires were extremely friendly and accommodating. They helped me during an emergency situation and for that I'm immensely grateful. I would 100% recommend.

Took my vehicle there for a tire plug, gentleman was apathetic and said he wouldn’t be able to do it, which is a lie because I used to do it as a job. Will never come here for tires. Or tire service

Last night at BJs gas, my wife broke off the stem valve while putting air into a low pressure tire. The tire deflated completely. I was able to put on the spare, after 8 pm, and we then drove to the tire department planning on leaving the car to be looked at in the morning. Although the department was closed, 2 employees saw us and re-opened, replaced the broken valve, and switched out tires and got us on our way within 20 minutes. I am very appreciative that they re-opened to help us out. Wished I had remembered to get their names. Great customer service. They went above and beyond. Thank you!

The dept is understaffed 90% of the time. The workers are always irritated filling propane (most likely because they are under staffed). I called to buy the tires and the guy said (after a 15 second pause), I’m the only one here and I’m not getting on the computer. I said maybe I should call back tomorrow to which he said good idea. I did sense some restraint from what he really wanted to say which is my assessment every time I go (or call) to the place.. Getting $1500 in tires somewhere else.. not worth saving a hundred or two on that nonsense.

Not sure how you can offer someone a job and then have them wait 2 weeks, then proceed to say "Oh we already hired someone even though we verbally offered you a job."

i ordered an Apple watch & i received an email of the confirmation of purchase. four days later still no tracking or any emails to confirm being processed. so i called customer care and they said i will receive an email today with tracking and will receive my watch by friday. i kept checking my email... nothing. so i went online to view my purchase and here someone canceled my order on their end. never even received a notification of them doing so. thank goodness i never purchased the membership and only did the one day online trial. as i am reading more reviews on this place, i am not the only one they have done something like this to. so maybe it was a blessing in disguise. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROMS BJ'S WHOLESALE!!!!!!

I will never get gas at BJ's again. The gas pumps are slow. 4 car back up at each pump. 42 seconds per gallon equates to almost 10 minutes to put 14 gallons in a tank. Took over 45 minutes to fill my tank to 15.2 gallons. Problem, I only have a 14.8 gallon tank that has never taken over 12.7 gallons???????????? I brought this up to management and showed them my car's capacities. Management said the pumps were just certified. ....., Yeah right, and ignored the problem. They didn't care that people were pissed off for taking 45 minutes to fill their tanks. Also the pumps never stopped and overfilled everyone's tanks creating a fire hazard and made my car stink of gas. Will BJ's wash my car and reimburse me for fraudulent overpay? I doubt it. They don't seem to give a S...

This has to be one of the worst stores in this area that Bj's has. It is old and run down. It is set up differently than any of the other locations I have been too. The selection is also lacking compared to others in the area. As a matter of fact my wife refuses to shop at this location even though it is the closest to our home. The staff was friendly and the store seems clean but other than that. I can't think of Anything else to mention. If you are close by and not really looking for anything in particular then shop here. Just don't have high expectations.
