I got rear ended and could not have ended up at a better auto collision through my insurance. The communication is great and the work put into what they do shows. The customer service is phenomenal. Please give these guys a chance. My car came back to me looking like it was fresh off the lot.

Back on Sept 28, I was in a front end collision with another vehicle. Through my insurance company, I was given the option of using Bik’s Collision for my repairs. I am so glad I worked with Michael Bik. Within just a few days I was able to talk with Mike, schedule an appointment, and start the repair process.
Mike did such a great job listening to details about my situation, and made sure everything was done to perfection. When I went to meet Mike at the shop, he did a thorough visual inspection of my car and made sure nothing was missed.
At the shop, Mike gave me an accurate description and estimate of what the repair job would entail. Throughout the process, Mike made sure to stay in communication with me and keep me informed and updated on the repairs.
At the conclusion of the job, which was ahead of Mike’s estimate timeline, Mike made it extremely easy for me by allowing me to leave my rental car at his shop. He then coordinated return through Enterprise with no inconvenience to me whatsoever. He definitely went above and beyond.
If you or anyone you know needs collision repairs, Mike Bik is your guy. Give him a chance, and I’m sure you’ll be impressed.

Bik’s Auto Collision took in my truck for body work and did an amazing job. The manager was extremely responsive and gave updates throughout the course of the repair process. The final product was better than expected. The truck looks like nothing ever happened. Thank you so much for your quality service in a world that is increasingly pushing less and less quality work.

Recently, the side of my car was chipped and the rear window broken at work by landscapers. A lot of the glass shards fell into the window channels, including the one for my built-in shade. The shade was stuck in the up position, making it vulnerable to damage from winds while driving, and the open window left my car exposed to the elements. Bik’s recognized my undrivable situation and did everything they could to get my car in for repairs as quickly as possible. They also helped with my car rental arrangements and patiently answered all of my questions. The blending of the paint to repair the chips is flawless and everything looks like nothing ever occurred! I was picked up for my rental car and I was also able to drop it off there at the end, making everything effortless and painless. They went above and beyond to make an annoying situation as positive as possible. I highly recommend Bik’s for all of your collision repair needs!
