“Hate this bank but this branch is nice. At least it's open most days of the week like a regular bank should be, unlike the hardly ever open branch downtown.Drive through is usually quick here and the tellers always seem pleasant. If I have to make a monthly loan payment, this is where I might stop.”
“Updating to a 4 star from a 1 star: Had to go back today (1 week after original visit with review) and the 2 gentleman that helped me were extremely pleasant and even conversational. They were quick to assist everyone in line and seemed to be helping each other out. Helped me quick and efficiently. They went above and beyond by offering to fix another issue that they had noticed with my account. The lady that helped me on my original visit is the only one that seems to have an attitude problem at this location so I'll give higher stars.

The people that were out front when I first walked in were so sweet but whoever helped me was the complete opposite. Sorry that she was clearly having a bad day but the judgemental attitude, shaking of the head, tone of voice, and eye- rolling was uncalled for. I had just had a baby and walked out of this location in tears.”
“Bank hours bad and seems every other month doing some kind of updated ! Went atm said transaction can’t be processed then went directly to bank we’re supposed to be open till 12 shades pulled down on drive thru at 11:30 doors locked but their were 3 vehicles in parking lot ! Time to Switch ! !”
