Approximately 1 month ago I was called by someone calling from Apria concerning hoses & what-not for my ventilator. Like I said about a month ago. Was told they would be mailed to my home. Never received anything.I know Apria is a very shitty company. I just need my hoses.

I have done business with Apria since 2007, and am very thankful for their helpfulness and attention to my bias machine needs. Highly recommended!!!

The customer service department of Apria is very frustrating! I have been dealing with them for 10 months and still have not had my supplies released and my insurance pays 100%! I have requested to speak to a supervisor every time I called and was told they would return my call. Still waiting.......
