I dont understand why these people are recognized as emergency service. Had member ship an entire year i finally go to use it qnd its worthless. My car is sitting running with the key in it and i have my daughter. Who answers for this? No one. They foward you from one person to the next. I FINALLY get a call back 30 minutes later only to be told i wipp need to wait up to 60 min till they get here. Why pay you people at all???

I’ve had a membership since 1993 and I purchased A membership for my daughter in 2017. Today she ran over a mail and had a flat on 83S during rush hour around 7:50 am. She called for assistance and the woman she spoke with told her to call back at 9 am!!! Why am I paying For roadside assistance if no one takes a call until 9 am. This is not sitting well with me at all and hopefully someone from AAA CAN EXPLAIN THIS!

Had a tire go flat on my way to work at 3 AM. called AAA and asked for help. wonderful quick response. I even made it to work with 30 min to spare. would revommend highly!!

Have been a member for over 30 years and have uses them to book trips in past. Two times this year i have calles requesting help with booking 2 separate vacations. No response from anyone, despite being promised someone would call.

I am disappointed in the service I received, or rather didn’t receive on 5/29/23. When I finally was able to talk to an actual person, he was of no help and in fact, couldn’t find that I even had an account. A frustrating situation was made worse by a phone call to AAA that was supposed to help me. We pay for a service that is supposed to be helpful when I’m on the road but yet that didn’t happen. When calling the roadside assistance number after telling me to call 911 for emergencies, the next option should be to talk with an agent. Please review your policies and procedures, as well as your phone recordings, to make sure you are being the most helpful and putting your members safety first!

Nancy and the lady doing intake at the Camp Hill location were amazing. I was misdirected by the dmv and they were kind and helpful. So glad I am a AAA member!!

We have been members for over 10 years mainly for road side assistance which we never used until Monday 12/5. My wife’s car batter was dead at her workplace. She called AAA and was told dispatch would call her back in 10 minutes with an ETA. One and a half hours later the phone rang twice, hung up and did not leave a message. She was able to have someone give the battery a jump at her work place. When I called the number who just rang us the gentleman hardly apologized and stated well someone jumped the battery so that’s good. Yes it was good but not why I pay a membership to AAA for such poor service.

The last 3 times that I have stopped in at this location have been laughable. You pay a yearly membership to talk to a computer while employees sit back and watch you and get annoyed because they have to actually work. I am seriously considering dropping my membership with you guys.Not today but the last time I stopped in (roughly beginning of November) there were 5 employees all sitting around drinking coffee and talking. I tried getting their attention and they would look the opposite direction, pretending not to see me. I waited 10 minutes and nobody ACKNOWLEDGED that I was even there. I got up and left. The employees here want paychecks but don't want to work. I shouldn't have to drive 20 minutes to go to another location when this one is so much closer.
