I waited 1/2 hour if not more on the phone waiting for a AAA agent to answer the phone and assist me. If they are working remotely they are not doing their jobs, they have turned their phones off or they are goofing off, maybe shopping when they should be working. Bad customer service. Called last week about travel insurance and was told someone would return my call. Well I guess they’re still busy because I’m still waiting. You don’t have to bother I got insurance from someone else.

I have used this AAA for multiple services and each time the staff has been outstanding. They are friendly, helpful and have common sense which is rare these days. Thank you for everything you guys do!

Terrible Customers service and Management
They still Pull my
Money from my Bank account and i Cancelled everything and still they took Money.
I have spoke so many times with Manager on phone and they promise me four time to refund Money and still nothing nobody do any refund they sre just lie people, don’t trust those ppl.
You will see if something happens like what happens to me.
Shame and terrible service.
My next step is to call BBB and make report soon
