Do not ever under any circumstances get a key cut here i ordered a key using my vin they cut it for me it didn't work and proceeded to tell me that the keys were the same when you can visibly see they cut it wrong they then bullied me out of the store before rectifing the destruction of a 130$ key blank

I was looking for a EGO mower late in the season and stopped in to see if they had one. The mower they had was mis-marked and wasn’t the one I was looking for. Cory B. (Store Manager) stepped in and ordered the mower and had it for me in 3 days at a very very fair price. I will be driving to Johnson’s for all my hardware needs, supporting local is important to me, and Cory’s attention and customer focus was much appreciated and gained a customer moving forward.
Cory brought “customer service” back to the retail shopping experience!!!

we chose johnsons to put in 2 furnaces for us. real good company and real good people. has in issue with the thermostat hooked up to a wood burner. The amazing Joe made it all right and real. highly recommend johnsons. they do it right and make it right
