Lie and say stuff was undeliverable because no ones home. I have a ring doorbell and can clearly see they never knocked or rang the bell these ppl want more money for what more fraud ballots?

The staff here is sweet as sugar. I'm a penpal to many and a frequent stamp buyer. I like to get unique or at least pretty stamps and they put up with me and my shenanigans every time and with the upmost pleasantness.
