You know what an awesome little place. Even got to go down in the mine and see what it was all about down there simply amazing that the entire place was dug by hand back in the 1800s how is that even possible

We have stored our travel trailer in their storage for years. Comes out same as we put it in. Nothing inside has an odor or mold. We use desiccant as recommended. Superb staff.

Just picked up my boat after its first winter here in the heated storage and I have absolutely no complaints. I only used one container of damp-rid (half full) and the boat is bone dry without any mold what-so-ever. Well worth the money.

Have kept my boat here since US Storage owned it previously. Yes, it can be damp and dusty...just make sure you put a few large containers of 'DampRid' in your boat or vehicle. Cover it if you want...the dust has not hurt anything on my boat. Nice people and a good place for storage.

Economical, easy access with extended hours in peak season and the people are second to none in helping store your toys !! I wouldn't even consider anywhere else!

Facility is a little damp being that its underground and you will get a little limestone dust from the passing traffic. Easy in and out. Good value. If you want to check on your investment, make an appointment as they were not able to let me in on a moments notice over the winter.

So happy I found this place. I asked for recommendations on Facebook for a place to store my Mini Cooper and Toys underground was highly recommend. In the beginning of winter I put plastic on my soft top " roof" and it caused leakage throughout my car. When I dropped it off I told Tyler it was wet inside and I was so nervous thinking of what I was going to have in April when it was time to pick my Mini up . Tyler said it should dry out and he said he would check on it and cover it for me. Well, two weeks later it was still wet inside and instead of getting ahold of me and saying the car needed moved to the heated room and it was $$ more. He took it upon himself to move the vehicle and when I picked it up he explained that the vehicle was so wet inside that they had to move it to the heated area. I was so thankful and felt so much gratitude to him for doing that for me... He was concerned I was going to be upset that my vehicle had been moved without telling me .. Who in there right mind would be upset??, .l felt guilty that I had the heated room and paid for just storage.. let me tell you their prices are beyond great too.. I am beyond grateful for him!! Thank goodness they keep a set of keys for emergencies .. My car looked great and completely dry inside..I am so greatful for his concern... I will forever be a customer... They take great care of your vehicle and are so pleasant... Reading the negative feedback I have read they sure do have some beautiful cars and boats stored there... I will say if you don't want any dust on your Vehicle and it is " minimal" they do recommend covering it... I highly recommend Toys underground ...
