Ordered a saddle and other product. When I inquired about shipping after placing the order, customer service gave me the run around. Stating it could be a few days but that werent sure how long it would take since it had to be brought over from another warehouse. Which should not take days. Price was not any different from Dover or SmartPak and stated on the website that it should ship out in within 2 to 3 days after order was placed. Wont use this group again. Customer services is argumentative and basically... wait and see cant to you anything!

VERY happy with Carousel Horse & Tack. I had purchased a new wintec saddle from Amazon and had issues with a stirrup bar. They were quick to respond (MUCH faster than Wintec) and helped me resolve the issue and exchange for a different saddle easily. Very professional and fast. I would definitely buy from them again!

I placed an order for an item online. An entire week later I received an e-mail stating that they had refunded my money because the item I ordered was no longer in stock. This business needs to work on their inventory control, website, and timely communication.

I ordered quite a few things from this horse Tack store in Pa, They had a lot of light things for my horse and to use on his overall care, that I can't find or don't see anywhere else. I also bought a used set of reins from there consignment shop, and they were in great shape and exactly as described, shipped fast and I guess the most thing that was important to me, because I never ordered anything from them before, and I first see them on Amazon as a 3rd party seller, and have had problems in the past ordering from 3 rd party sellers so I was a little skeptical at first, the answers all questions fast, and now I just ordered directly from there store in Pa, honest and all my products were as described, thanks

I purchased a winter blanket on close out from here a few weeks ago, and I am SUPER impressed. The product was perfect for my horse, but more importantly, I was emailed quickly about my order, and it arrived sooner than anticipated! I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Stop in with my daughter because who can resist a tack shop you've never been before! We loved it,it's very organized and uncluttered lots of good stuff to choose from. We bought stuff we didn't necessarily need of course.I will definitely go back

I ordered a belt and it was lost in the mail. They should have used UPS/FedEx. When I reported loss, they did nothing to make it right. They could have offered a discount on a replacement belt. Will not order from this company again because of it.
