I love using small businesses when I can, and always try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, and I feel like I’ve given them a fair chance. I originally reached out in April to get a quote for a property survey. They said they would get a quote figured out, and would get back to me in a couple days. A week goes by and nothing, so I called multiple times over a month and no answer, no return call. I emailed atleast 2-3 times and no one ever replied. I put it on hold because some other expenses came up. This September I reached out again for the same thing. Again, they said they would get an estimate worked up and they would email it to me in a couple days. I waited a week, and tried to call, nothing, no return. I emailed and again, no return. I decided to message on Facebook, I told them all of this. They said to give them some time to look into this and he would get back to me. Didn’t hear anything so I messaged again, still nothing, messages one more time and they won’t even open the message this time. I am not sure what the deal was, if they didn’t want the business I would have appreciated them just say so instead of letting me just sit and wait and ignore my messages.
