Donnie and his staff go above and beyond for their customers. I've purchased 2 vehicles there in past year and routinely use their services for inspections and oil changes. They've even returned my vehicle to my home for me when I was jammed up. Good people

Worst car I ever bought. I have had problems with my 2015 Chevy trax. If I could give zero stars I would. They fix the minimum and make the car look good so you buy it thinking it’s reliable. Not so. I had problems from day one. Sure they fixed the issues I was having but put the blame on anyone but themselves. Overpriced cars that don’t run as expected after you sign the paperwork. Buyer be ware you are NOT getting a reliable vehicle from this place. I contacted the attorney general about this matter and they didn’t take the blame for anything. I know have the same issue with the thermostat for the 3rd time. Called to have it replaced AGAIN. Was told that because I went to the attorney general they will no longer service my car. How immature can you be. It’s not my fault you can’t hire mechanics that know what they are doing. I would definitely look elsewhere before ever buying from this place.

I purchased my 2015 Chevy Cruze from this dealership in October. It had 108,000 miles on it and was pitched to me as a pretty reliable ride. We paid around $11k out the door after tax and everything. It ran great for the first few months but I started noticing the brakes were being less responsive. I went to get it checked at the Wallace repair shop, as well as some other routine maintenance. They told me everything was good with the breaks. Within 200 miles I noticed it had dramatically worsened and was making a sound, so I went to Elliot’s and they let me know that the breaks had begun glazing and needed fixed. I then ran my car for awhile longer but my check engine light came on again around 120,000 miles. Turns out the turbo had started going as well as that the coolant lines and otherwise had fully dried up. That repair, plus a routine oil change, cost $1.6k. After that, this past week at around 122,000 miles the thermostat housing cracked and needed replaced. In total, in the last 10 months, I have spent over $2.8k on this car for issues that I can’t help but feel were ignored or entirely missed when work was done on it before being sold to me. The car has been nothing but a sinkhole of money. My advice is to not purchase from them or to make sure you buy the best warranty they offer. You will need it.

Great dealership easy to deal with I was in and out with no problem cars there are very nice and clean vehicles were well maintained and taken care of Bob was super great and was really helpful on the phone when talking about some of the vehicles on there website would buy another from them

Hey this little dealership is a diamond in the rough. I walked in test drove a car on the lot came back, Bob ran the credit report and we were done. The whole thing took about 45 minutes. There was no pressure whatsoever The whole experience was quite refreshing. And Bob was just a great guy. You should definitely check this place out, if you're in the market. You will not be disappointed.

We purchased a 2016 jeep renegade this past Saturday from Donny at Wallace Family Motors. From the first phone call to finally pulling off the lot we had the absolute BEST experience! We were getting desperate for a vehicle for my husband as our time was running out and everything seemed to be selling out from underneath of us. We called about the jeep ahead of time and he informed us someone was coming to look at it but if it fell thru he would call back. This was a Saturday by appt only, and it just so happened that at 930 am Saturday morning he was there to answer the phone, also we live 3 hrs away. He called right back and said the other customer backed out and asked when we could get there! Donny waited on us 3 hrs to get there and had everything ready to go! Even more so, we had our dogs travelling with us and he had a place to walk them, let them use the bathroom, had a water bowl for them and so much more! He was more than accommodating! There was a slight issue with the car which was fixed and taken care of immediately with no problem since! I would gladly travel the 3 hrs again to deal with this company!!!

If this place has a vehicle you’re interested in please take the opportunity to visit them. I dealt with Bob and Christy in particular and they were incredible! I have visited several dealerships within the past couple years and I must say, Wallace Family Motors is among the best. They actually care about earning your business and that is incredibly rare nowadays. Especially in 2022.

I live in Illinois and found a vehicle of interest to me located at Wallace Family Motors in Pennsylvania advertised on Craigslist . Bob @ Wallace Family Motors assisted me with a long distance inspection of a classic vehicle for sale on their lot. He was patient, professional and efficient. Recording videos to transmit and video calls are a lot different from presenting a vehicle in person. Bob was very accommodating to every request I had. I enjoyed doing business with Bob!

Bob/Don were great. When there was an small issue with my Sons truck weeks after we bought it they were able to adjust their schedule to get him in while he was away on military orders. Take care of the issue and return his truck before he returned with no cost to him. Wallace Family Motors cares about their customers and taking care of our soldiers!!!!
