Couldn't connect new Pixel 8 Pro to receive signal, went in, waited quick, got taken care of really quick! Figured out the problem & I left with perfect service. 10/10

Place is very clean and professional looking. Staff is never easy to work with Probably because of corporate policies but never leave here happy.

Thought I needed my charging port replaced but the nice guy in the front got out a light and a little metal stick and said let's try cleaning it first... he pulled out a ton of grime and junk. Plugged it in and wham! Saved me 200$ for no charge and with a smile. This will be my new go-to Verizon store

This store has helped me multiple times . I try and ask for John Ford. He fixed all of our phone issues quickly and professionally .I will recommend this store and this company highly. Thank you Verizon !

My biggest gripe is that they don't inform you of the ridiculously high restocking fee for returns, even if you never opened or used the item. And when I bought it I even asked about the return policy because I was unsure of the purchase in the first place. They told me how long I had but withheld the restocking fee. When I went to to return it, they wanted $70 to restock a $129 item. I wound up keeping it. And the guy who was the sales rep when I bought it who was nice as pie was the same person I got when I went to return it. He acted like a total douche.

billy mays broke my phone with his stupid jupiter jack. I brought my phone into the store and Jim helped me out. He set me up with a new phone and even transferred all my contacts and pictures from my old phone. minus one star since i had to pay $50 for a replacement phone.
