these people are criminals. they violate federal law by delivering mail where there is no mailbox. they just toss the mail on the ground, where the wind picks it up, and distributes it all over my front lawn. calls to the post master at butler pa usps did nothing. she tried to make it sound like this is all my fault!! mail was still ending up on my front lawn, sidewalk, THE STREET! the worst part about this is, IT IS NOT MY MAIL!!! my personal mail goes elsewhere. the trash (mail) is junk mail, mail addressed to other people, even OTHER ADDRESSES!! i believe they just hire homeless people in a vain attempt to be good at something. eventually had to call washington DC and the Post Master General Office.

Went to pick up a package that was miss delivered. When I arrived, I waited for at least 20 minutes for someone to come to the door. Once they realized someone was standing there they took another 20 mins to actually obtain the package that was sitting right by the door. While I was standing there waiting, I was watching the mail sorter literally throwing packages like baseballs sorting them into the different mail bins. So whenever you get your items in the mail, damaged, that’s why.

I'd give zero stars if I could. If you get paper checks from work make sure you pick them up. I don't know who the junkie or scam artist is who tries to pocket them but I had to wait 2 extra weeks for one and am currently on day 6 of waiting for another. They will not deliver your pay but everything else will show up timely. So as long as you don't expect to get paid for work they're an okay at best post office.

Friendly helpful staff. I own a bath and body business online and always ship thru this office. They are so nice to me and always friendly and helpful when I have questions

Very friendly people. I feel bad sometimes because there's usually only one person working up front. Sometimes it does get hectic in there with the long line. I just always thought they were short on help. But I can honestly say whoever does work the front counter they are always very nice and smiling!

Horrible and dishonest service. They’d either falsely put that they delivered it or they claimed they couldn’t get to me. Even though I DON’T live in a gated community like they documented it as. SERIOUSLY DISHONEST and DISAPPOINTING. They used to be really good I don’t know what is going on ?

Never got my package today it say out for delivery now it says pickup but when I go pick it up they say it's on the truck for delivery makes no sense
