It is important to have open communication regarding your vehicle & any issues that may come up, Donny & his team are 100% willing to work with you and your situation. Personally, 1 out of 2 vehicles that I had purchased had a few issues (chipped windshield, Donny replaced no cost right away when purchased) (spark plugs needed replaced)(seat warmer element needed replaced), Donny was made aware and he assured prompt & correct action was taken. Donny & his wife (and team) have personally proven to me that he cares about your vehicle (even after it’s off the dealer lot) and the lives that are being put in it. I don’t plan to go any where else when it comes to purchasing & servicing my vehicles in this area, they have done me well here, and continue to do so.”
“I have to say this place is top notch. Bought my son his first vehicle a 2010 Dodge Ram 1500. Had a few issues when we test drove it and before we came back to purchase issues were fixed. Brought it back to fix one last issue that they knew about and were awaiting parts and they did it at their cost. “Mr. Offstein gave me hope that there’s still good people in this world . I was in a car accident last year and offstein towing is who came and towed my car bc it was totaled . Long story short the insurance company I was dealing with tried to leave me with 16000 in mitigation fees even though the accident wasn’t my fault. After months and months of disputes involving the mitigation fees with the insurance company, Mr. Offstein assured me he wasn’t going to stick me with the bill. Instead, he was very fair and he reasonably decreased the amount I owed to him in a way not to place further burden on me following the accident. I would definitely 10/10 recommend his services to anyone that is in need of them!!!!”
