Bought a SEBO vacuum here a number of months ago. The salesman/technician was patient and explained all the pros & cons of the brands and let us test it out. We will be returning for service, bags, etc.

Evan was super helpful in assisting me with finding a home vacuum that is tailored to my needs. We have a dog and a cat so fur is a constant nuisance, but also live in an old house with tight nooks and crannies to clean (such as radiators). I was looking at a much more expensive vacuum recommended on Reddit, but Evan recommended a cheaper (but still incredible quality) and lesser known brand (Sebo) that would be better for my needs. It has been great for handling the fur and for both hardwood/carpet (our house has both), and Evan recommended some attachments that help tremendously with the type of house I live in. I can’t recommended Keystone Vacuum and Evan enough!!!

I had to travel 1&1/2 hours to have my vacuum cleaner serviced. I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Evan was so nice to deal with and performed the necessary service as soon as I arrived so I could be on my way in a timely manner.

Yesterday, I dropped my non functioning Riccar vacuum. Was told they would get back to me with an estimate within 24 hrs. We pleasantly surprised to get a call a few hours later. They diagnosed the problem and presented me with a reasonable cost to repair the vacuum. Told me they would call me when it was repaired. Received the call today, less than 24 hours later it was all done. I stopped over after work and picked it up, not only did they fix it (for a problem called me), they found another part that would be covered under warranty and fixed it. Very pleased with the service, will use them again. And as a bonus.. it looks new again..I like to support local businesses and keep the people in my community employed.

I am completely impressed with the professionalism and customer service. I needed a replacement power head for my central vacuum system. Not only did they have several to choose from and they let you try them all in store, it was ordered and arrived in a timely manner. Once, I was set up at home with the new parts and new filter, there was an issue with the new filter that I installed. Evan (Owner) to the rescue. He was at my home within 20 minutes, reset the filter, checked all of the inlets for clogs and performance and adjusted everything on the spot with no service call fee. I am completely impressed. Keystone Vacuum exceeded my expectations. Shop smart. Shop local. You will not be disappointed.

Wonderful experience being able to get a hands-on assistance from the owner Evan to go over what all of my needs and budget. This is the type of service that you can't get through websites or big box stores. Will be going back for any vacuum needs or issues from now on.
