Got an estimate for $2200, was told be 3 day job.( 2 weeks later it got done.). Three days come up, I hear nothing
I call Leave messages, the secretary calls me "Steve meant to call you" you need an additional $1600, but don't worry Steve gonna call and explain. He never did. And when I went to pick it up, one tech was talking about a Ford that was hit on the lot. I believe it was mine that was hit, and they charged me for it. Plus the repairs are shotty, pieces coming apart already. And they took my original estimate. The paperwork I got has no explanation for extra 1600.

Steve's autobody really went above and beyond my expectations. Steve is a stand-up guy who made having some body work to my truck a breeze. Not only was he professional and timely, but his prices were the best around! The work his employees completed was a quality job. To make things even easier for me, his awesome secretary offered to have Steve drive my vehicle home, and he did. Steve also gave me what paint was leftover from the job! I took my Ford Escape to Steve's. It was running rough, felt like it was out of balance. Jack went over it, found that a joint that is tied to the brakes was cracked and made it unsafe to drive. They went over the whole car for me, replaced spark plugs, found a mouse nest in the air filter and replaced it, balanced the tires for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend.
