I am a regular customer of this store. I have never had any trouble with returns or customer satisfaction. I have had to return 2 pairs of shoes in a matter of a week and both times I have been met with resistance on defected shoes, even with insurance on the shoes.With understanding and corporation these issues where resolved... read full comment

The staff at Shoe Sensation were beyond helpful! They told me about their personal experience with the shoes I was interested in and that really helped me make my decision to purchase. So nice to have someone to talk to while you're shopping rather than picking things out online not knowing what to expect.
